Today, I’ll be previewing the hidden door hardware for an exciting new project with Jeff from Green Street Joinery. We’ll be highlighting the SOSS 518 Hidden Wrap-Around Hinge. With the SOSS 518, you can cover your door gaps for a door that opens inwards or outwards for entry to a hidden room!

Commonly used for safe rooms or wine cellars, these specialty door hinges ca conceal an entryway with a perfectly flush door gap. We’ll be building our door and structure from 5/8″ plywood. The structure consists of three panels. Two stationary panels and one access panel. Join us next week when we start building the structure and assembling the hidden door.
