I test and review the RIDGID 18 Volt Cordless Router and use it with a three eights CMT Rabbeting bit to make some test cuts. Overall, I was very impressed with the RIDGID cordless router and it’s very comfortable in the hand and seems to have a decent battery life and is a good deal for around $120. The cut with the CMT bit is pretty clean and I really take my time when using a Rabbet Bit to prevent tear out, which is pretty common when using this type of bit.
