Placing Peanut Stone / Rocks around the Barn Foundation

I install a perimeter of Peanut stone around the foundation of the barn to protect it from water backsplash when it rains.  Peanut store is very common in New Jersey and I found a nice pile of it in the yard.  I seed the area with grass seed and will continue on this “maintenance” project a little at a time.
