Hi everyone, I’m planning to build a few pieces of furniture with Dovetail Joinery and since I don’t cut dovetail joints every day it’s easy to become a little rusty. In this woodworking project, I show you how to build a dovetail joinery jig that is a great way to consistently make perfect dovetails every single time, and the good news is… anyone can do it! My advice to cutting dovetail joints is to take a day or two to build this jig and then practice cutting Dovetails. Once you are more confident in your joinery abilities, build a simple project to reinforce what you’ve learned.
