This Wagner Flexio 3000 Paint Sprayer costs about $170 and comes with a carrying case, extra air filters and 2 guns. In this video, I’ll show you how it works. how to use it and how to clean it.
You’ll need an extension chord to use the gun. This sprayer is a simple fan driven system that requires an air filter, that can be changed. The simple tab connector makes changing the tank quick and easy. The flow is controlled by a 3-dial system that controls pressure, fan and material flow.
The dispensing nozzle twists to allow the fan to be horizontal or vertical. It’s a good idea to practice on a piece of cardboard to get a feel for the gun and to get the settings where you want them for your project.
The finish is good enough for an outdoor project such as siding or fences but I wouldn’t recommend using it for anything that requires a fine finish.
I forgot to mention that I did thin the paint just a little bit with water. Also when it comes to painting interior walls I prefer to use a roller.
Clean the Wagner Flexio 3000:
- Remove the tank from the gun
- Remove the cup from the tank
- Add excess paint back to the can
- Use a rag to wipe out the cup before rinsing
- Remove the feed tube from the tank
- Clear the vent hole at the top of the feed tube
- Remove the spray nozzle from the front of the gun
- Use thinner to scrub dried paint
- Rinse and reassemble nozzle
- Reassemble cup and tank and reattach to the gun
Thanks for watching guys, see you next time!
