In this video, I share with you some basic woodworking knowledge that you should know if you own a circular saw. The first things I do when I buy new circular saw, is I change the blade. In my shop I’m often cutting furniture grade plywood, so this is a must. A blade with more teeth will provide a cleaner cut in your woodworking projects and less tear-out then a blade with fewer teeth. A new circular saw will most likely come with a blade that has 16 to 24 tees. I suggest replacing that blade with a finish plywood blade that has 40 to 60 teeth. This video will cover the circular saw basics and help you to become familiar with your saw – Enjoy!
