I originally made this desk for my wife’s home-office way back in 1999. It was used pretty heavily up until a few years ago and then it went into storage. Now that my boys are going to college from home my son Walter needed a new work area so this was a good time to modify the old desk for his needs. After cutting a few inches off the back I refinished the desk top and built a new base with storage cubbies on either side of the drawer.
