The design for this small cube-shaped cocktail table was inspired by the German-American artist Josef Albers who was famous for his use of geometric shapes and patterns and the use of color.   I built the cube with Garnica HDF engineered wood, which is great for painted surfaces and used aluminum and Plutonium paint for the finish.  Here’s the how-to video and the design plans and you can paint in whatever color combination you like best.   I used Plutonium’s Truer Blue and Polar White for the finish.
