I make this handy toolbox for the front of the ATV to store and transport battery and gas powered tools for work around the yard. I use scrap pieces of baltic birch plywood for the bottom and sides of the box.  Baltic birch plywood is extremely strong and does a great job of holding nails and screws.  I use half inch plywood for the front and back of box.

Use the bandsaw to cut a U-shaped piece out of one side to make room for the long handle of the hedge clippers.

Use wood glue and 1 1/2″ nails to tack the box together and then come back to reinforce the joints with screws.

Use a 1/2″ drill bit to add a few drainage holes to the bottom of the box

The finished toolbox installed on the ATV and ready for work
