In this 3 part woodworking video, I build a cherry entry table, a dresser, and a modern bench. In part one, the cherry entry table, I show you how I made an entryway table out of solid Cherry. This build was designed to be used as a hallway table, entrance table, or sofa table. With its continuous grain apron frame and drawer fronts, tapered legs and a curved countertop with a 5° downward bevel, I am sure you will enjoy how this woodworking project turned out. In the second part of this woodworking video, I make a custom-designed, quarter sawn white oak veneered plywood modern dresser. With its blum under-mount drawer slides and unique half lap joinery, it is one of my favorite woodworking projects to date. Finally, in the third part of this three part woodworking video, it’s the modern bench. With its Japanese inspired design cues, this project was created to be more than just another piece of furniture, it was built to be a practical piece of artwork for the home.
