Instead of a recipe this week, here is a photo highlight from my trip to Italy, where my wife Erika and I are here celebrating our 10th anniversary.

Each city has its specialty and the best recipes are the easiest. The Italians are adamant about using only the freshest ingredients when it comes to produce, meat, and fish from each specific region. I’ll be sharing recipes over the coming weeks.
